Choose whether you would like to exchange your band for a different style or size, or receive a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Generate your prepaid shipping label, securely package your watch bands, and attach the label to the outside of the mailer.
Ship and Process
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
